CHANGES WE’VE MADE DUE TO COVID-19

CONSULTATIONS

Until the 20th of July, we are offering consultations via Zoom which you can book on the website here as normal. We’ve had great feedback from clients about this and it’s a great way to get the ball rolling with commissioning your new jewels!

From Monday 20th July we will begin offering in-person consultations in the studio again. These will be limited to one per day for everyone’s safety and include new safety measures incorporating physical distancing, a hand sanitiser station and thorough extra cleaning measures for the workshop, tools and jewellery. We’ll still be able to offer the same relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to chat with us, just with some additional steps to keep us all safe.

PICK-UPS & DELIVERY

You can still collect from our studio but this will be limited to the doorstep only at a pre-arranged time. Orders can also be posted out via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We’re happy to help you organise whichever method you feel most comfortable with.

RING SIZING

If you’re commissioning a bespoke piece, we can send a ring size kit to your home which doesn’t need to be returned. That’s one less stress to worry about! Please contact us to arrange.

TIMESCALES

Under the current circumstances, timescales are a difficult thing to guarantee for a lot of businesses. Many of our suppliers/partners like casting, hallmarking and stone dealers are working with smaller teams so minor delays might be experienced. Despite this, we are still hoping to keep to our normal 2-3 week timeframe for online orders, and 6-8 weeks for bespoke pieces. We’ll of course let you know on an individual basis if we expect any changes.

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

Sadly, we can’t accept any repair or alteration work right now. This is due to increased workload and some new working processes we’ve had to implement for safety. Rest assured that we’ll let you know when this changes.

THE TEAM
