All online orders have a lead time of 4 weeks, and bespoke pieces are normally 8-10 weeks.

Under the current circumstances during the pandemic, delays may be experienced but we will of course let you know on an individual basis if we expect any changes.

DELIVERY

UNITED KINGDOM

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a flat rate of £6.50.

EUROPE

We use a fully insured courier service which normally takes 3-5 working days, charged at a flat rate of £20.00

USA & CANADA

We use a fully insured courier service which normally takes 3-5 working days, charged at a flat rate of £40.00. Actual shipping times may vary depending on customs procedures. Any duty/customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

REST OF THE WORLD

We use a fully insured courier service which normally takes 3-5 working days, charged at a flat rate of £50.00. Actual shipping times may vary depending on customs procedures. Any duty/customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
